Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of residential maintenance or building trades experience, with expertise in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted and participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
