Maintenance Mechanic I

Job Description

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, located in Highlands Ranch near Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I to maintain residential apartments and public areas within our scenic campus. The role involves prompt response to maintenance work orders, routine and emergency repairs, HVAC maintenance, and contributing to a high-quality resident living experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with on-call duties. Hourly compensation ranges from $19.25 to $25.00, commensurate with experience, and paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident maintenance work orders.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential and public areas.
• Maintain HVAC equipment through preventive maintenance and emergencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of maintenance experience in residential complexes or similar settings.
• High school diploma or GED.
