Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA is seeking qualified Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our advanced manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment, including robotic-driven machinery with programmable logic controllers. We are looking for individuals with a technical background and expertise in areas such as Programmable Logic Controllers, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
• Work on robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers.
• Perform maintenance on AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Ensure a safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associates or higher in Manufacturing Technology (preferred).
