Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at PHM Brands. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring the upkeep of our physical assets, and performing a variety of maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute reliability and maintenance activities for multiple properties, prioritizing safety protocols.
- Maintain and repair plant/building equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist with PLC programming.
- Interact with plant employees, collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams, and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CMMS systems, predictive maintenance, and ideally in agriculture, flour, or feed milling.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading, and PLCs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with MS Office, Siemens, and Allen Bradley software.
Working Conditions
- Role involves physical demands and exposure to varying temperatures and elements.
- Need to lift up to 50 pounds and withstand different climate conditions.
