Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join POAH Communities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance, performing repairs, and addressing any safety issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnosing and performing minor repairs.
- Coordinating make-ready repairs.
- Keeping grounds clean and neat.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
- High School diploma or GED, HVAC certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends and on-call.
- Skilled in using and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
