Located in Las Cruces, NM, you will work under the direction of the Facilities Manager/Supervisor, maintaining facilities and equipment, conducting general maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with guests, team members, and partners.
• Respond to work orders and perform routine facilities maintenance.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety and functionality.
• Conduct regular building and facilities maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• May include maintenance of pools, spas, and hot tubs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of facilities maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various conditions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current driver's license and ability to maintain company group insurance.
