Job Description
POAH Communities is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues, and coordinating repairs.
Responsibilities
- Insure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose and perform minor maintenance/repairs.
- Coordinate and inspect make-ready repairs and services.
- Assist in keeping grounds neat and clean.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
- High School diploma or GED required, HVAC certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance coverage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical duties.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, mechanical equipment, and maintenance procedures.
