Manager User Acceptance Testing

Job Description

Discover Financial Services is looking for a Manager of User Acceptance Testing to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a quality assurance strategy for Discover Home Loans, unifying testing practices across the organization. You will drive product quality, define best practices, optimize testing infrastructure, and manage communication processes to ensure efficient testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a quality assurance strategy for Discover Home Loans.
• Drive product quality improvements and seek continuous enhancement of testing practices.
• Optimize testing infrastructure, including automation tools.
• Establish effective communication processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Coach and develop team members in quality assurance tasks and processes.

Qualifications

The Basics

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Information Technology.
• 6+ years of User testing, Project Management, or related experience. In lieu of a degree: 8+ years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience.

Compensation: Base pay ranges from $88,500.00 to $149,300.00 plus additional incentives.
