Manufactured Systems Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Manufactured Systems Lead to join our team at CMC Rescue Inc. As the Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead, you will oversee the accurate and efficient completion of life safety systems, ensuring the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for training and supporting the assembly team, maintaining inventory, coordinating production flow, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of CMC products, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and practices.
• Lead and support the assembly team in completing jobs efficiently.
• Maintain inventory and organization in the assembly area.
• Coordinate production flow and activities of assembly employees.
• Work according to production schedules for timely job order completions.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct cycle counts as needed.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or product defects.
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy and quality control.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and adhere to ISO procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Mathematical proficiency for material quantity calculations.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Computer experience, preferably in MRP systems.
• High School diploma or GED required; 2-3 years of production experience.
