Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team at LC Staffing. This role offers a starting wage of $23 to $30 per hour (DOE) with additional benefits including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, and paid time off. If you have the right attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with small parts, we are willing to provide training.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process inspections and check for defects.
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
- Utilize soldering equipment and inspection tools like micrometers and calipers.
Requirements
- Strong motor skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle both sitting and standing duties.
- Experience with technical writing, PCB schematics, and manufacturing standards is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, and prolonged sitting or standing.
