Job Description

Hornblower - City Experiences is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Mid Atlantic region based in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Marketing Director to drive marketing initiatives for Northeast cruise products. This dynamic role involves coordinating grassroot promotions, marketing collateral management, on-site promotional events, and collaborative work with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Marketing Director on local execution of annual marketing plans and promotions.
  • Coordinate on-site activities related to promotions, events, and guest engagement efforts.
  • Assist in designing, printing, and relocating marketing collateral across ports in the region.
  • Work on-site with Public Cruise Manager to manage directional signage and event attendance.
  • Oversee the local website and ensure content accuracy and updates.
  • Maintain a local content library and assist with promotional offer setup and event listings.
  • Support Marketing Director with Social Influencer program and marketing budget tracking.
  • Participate in a variety of related meetings and handle additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Required to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Excellent analytical skills and working knowledge of design platforms, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with teams, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
