Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Master Scheduler to join our team at ACR Electronics Inc. As the Master Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure the smooth operation of our department or facility. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments to optimize resource allocation and meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish schedules that maximize available resources for customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand for raw materials to maintain an uninterrupted production flow.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Integrate sales orders into the master schedule to meet delivery dates.
  • Oversee the master distribution schedule, update as necessary, and communicate changes to relevant teams.
  • Participate in forecasting meetings and lead planning sessions with various departments.
  • Create production schedules based on customer orders and internal forecasts.
  • Determine material, equipment, and labor needs through MRP for production fulfillment.
  • Coordinate production operations by creating job orders based on resource availability.
  • Manage production schedule changes to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure timely completion of job orders and track their progress.
  • Collaborate with Production Managers to maintain stock levels.
  • Adhere to AS9100 standards and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience required.
  • APICS or CPIM certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of MRP and related software, experience with IFS is a plus.
  • Must meet ITAR Requirements.
