Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Care Manager to administer medication and treatments, ensuring the highest quality of care and services. Responsibilities
EVENING SHIFT HOURS (2-10:30P)
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Documenting medication administration and resident information.
- Ensuring medication pass according to schedule and documenting refusals or missed doses.
- Maintaining medication room cleanliness and inventory.
- Communicating resident care concerns and participating in care planning.
- Promoting safety, risk management, and infection control practices.
- Contributing to team success through engagement, training, and compliance.
Qualifications
To qualify, you need:
- High School diploma/GED; certifications as required.
- Previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
