• Participate in resident care communications and risk management activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Compliance with all necessary certifications and training.
