Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Medication Care Manager to join the Sunrise Senior Living team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Your duties will include medication administration, resident care, and compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
- Assist with medication updates and ensure medication pass accuracy.
- Maintain medication room cleanliness and restock supplies as necessary.
- Communicate resident concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle challenging situations effectively.
