Medical Claims Unit Supervisor (Workers Compensation)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Claims Unit Supervisor (Workers Compensation) to lead our claim representatives team and ensure high file quality and excellent customer service delivery. Join our team to achieve corporate goals and maintain adherence to company claims practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between team members and company personnel.
• Maintain hands-on and proactive leadership in team management and claim handling.
• Train, coach, give direction, and monitor the work of team members to ensure compliance with company objectives and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years' experience in PIP/WC claim handling with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team to meet company objectives.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Designations such as AIC, AINS, CPCU preferred.
