We are looking for a dedicated Medication Aide to join Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
• Document medication administration and resident care activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations.
• Communicate resident and family concerns to the appropriate channels.
• Participate in risk management and safety procedures.
• Contribute to team success through engagement and training programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; certifications as per state regulations.
• Previous experience in senior care preferred.
• Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
