Job Description

We are looking for a Medication Care Manager to join the Sunrise Senior Living team. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments with the highest level of care, following Sunrise's mission to champion quality of life for seniors. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, resident care, and adherence to all regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Document medication administration and resident information.
• Participate in resident care communications and meetings.
• Ensure community safety and compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to team success through training and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and difficult situations.
• Commitment to serving and caring for seniors.
