Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medication Technician (CNA) - Area Director to join our team at Liberty Commons. This full-time position involves a range of responsibilities, including medication administration, resident care, staff supervision, and coordination of services with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage admissions process, assessment, care planning, and medication administration.
• Supervise and train resident care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate resident services and maintain accurate documentation of care.
• Update families on resident status and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Ensure infection control, maintain medical supplies, and conduct assessments as required.

Job Requirements

• Certified Nurse Aide I or II with 3 years supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience in medication administration and working with geriatric residents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a genuine concern for patient welfare.
• Ability to follow orders, work collaboratively, and adhere to safety protocols.
