Member Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Member Advisor to join our team at Hoosier Hills Credit Union. As a Member Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and find the right financial products to suit their needs. You will build relationships with both new and existing members through personalized consultations and recommendations, providing a superior member experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service aligned with our Service Promises to both internal and external members.
• Act in the best interest of the members and the Credit Union at all times.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to members, offering tailored product solutions to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform day-to-day transactions, account maintenance, and process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
• Promote member satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong sales and service performance.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with retail delivery products and banking services.

Work Environment

• Normal physical demands with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a typical office setting with appropriate lighting and climate control.
