ColumbiaCare Services has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Associate at Alder Creek, a 6-bed licensed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) in Milwaukie, Oregon. The successful candidate will become a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness, focusing on supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, administering medication, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. This position requires a Friday through Sunday part-time swing shift or Wednesday through Saturday full-time swing shift schedule. Hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 DOE/Credentials, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential and a 5% language differential for bilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired). Responsibilities

• Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

• Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
