Mental Health Therapist 2 (Underfill) - Enhanced Care Services - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist 2 to join our team at Marion County Health & Human Services (MCHHS). In this role, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to individuals diagnosed with co-occurring serious mental health disorders and major neurocognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat individuals and families, including crisis intervention services.
• Develop and implement Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments and Individualized Service Plans.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for referrals and admissions.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, case management, and group therapy as needed.
• Provide crisis stabilization and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least one year of post-Master's degree experience in behavioral health for Mental Health Therapist 2.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as LCSW, CSWA, or QMHP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
