Job Description
This is a Full-Time OR Part-Time OR Seasonal driver position with MO Routes LLC, delivering Pallets of packages for Amazon. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, quickly problem-solve a wide range of situations, and win in a safety-focused environment. Benefits & Scheduling:
- $22.25 / hour (paid biweekly)
- 8 - 10 hour shifts are typical
- A 4-5 day workweek (40-50 hours) is typical
- The schedule for FT Team Members is a rotation.
- A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully handle and deliver pallets of packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicles, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
- Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; move pallets of packages using a manual pallet jack; use a lift gate to lower pallets of packages from a 26’ Box Truck; get in and out of a 26’ box truck repeatedly throughout the shift at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload pallets of packages in the 26’ Box Truck (delivery vehicle)
- Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Requirements:
- Work an overnight shift beginning at midnight and ending at approximately 9 a.m.
- Operate out of 23700 West Bluff Road, Channahon, Illinois 60410
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted Class C driver’s license or higher
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a DOT-level Drug Screening
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills
