Zillow Home Loans is seeking a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our growing origination team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will have access to leads on-demand, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and guide clients through the loan process.
• Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and follow-up.
• Analyze client needs to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain knowledge of available loan programs.

Requirements

• Active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses.
• 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education completion and passing SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• 1+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and excellent communication skills.
