Job Description

Shearer's is a leading food manufacturing company in North America and is currently seeking a Night Shift People Leader for their facility in Waterford Township, PA. As a key member of the manufacturing team, the Night Shift People Leader will be responsible for overseeing and leading employees on the night shift to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role requires effective leadership, team management, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a Lean environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and lead employees to achieve high-quality production standards
• Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Monitor and address employee performance and attendance issues
• Utilize data to improve work processes and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to optimize operations
• Establish and manage work schedules

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in food processing
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
