Night Shift People Leader, Food Manufacturing

Shearer's, a leading contract manufacturer and private label supplier in the snack industry in North America, is seeking a Night Shift People Leader for their Waterford Township location in Erie County, PA. This position, under Job Grade Level 4, will oversee manufacturing operations during the night shift (7PM - 7AM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals.
• Direct plant floor activities to ensure high-quality product output.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance in the workplace.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to direct reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
• Establish and maintain work schedules.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Spanish and English bilingual skills are a plus.
