Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Columbine Family Practice located in Littleton, Colorado. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will be responsible for direct patient care and administrative duties as designated by the Medical Director and in accordance with the Colorado Medical Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Practice using sound medical judgment in a family practice clinic.
• Adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine; know limitations and seek consult when advisable.
• Meet all clinical obligations of the medical practice, including following all internal policies and procedures and advising on issues that may impact the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner or physician studies and licensed through the State of Colorado.
• Board Certification for specialty.
• Experience in a clinic setting.
• Strong computer skills required. EMR experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support card.
