Job Description

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a talented Operations Director to lead the operations team across multiple sites, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic planning, continuous improvement, and fostering high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance, including safety, quality, and delivery.
• Develop strategies to meet business goals efficiently.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles for process improvement.
• Establish departmental policies and consistent practices.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning.
• Lead scheduling, resource utilization, and goal setting.
• Drive a culture of safety and accountability.
• Approve resource allocation based on priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in heavy industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and lean principles.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team building skills.

Physical Requirements

This role operates in an office setting with occasional travel requirements.
