Outpatient Clinician

Job Description

We are seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join our team at CareLink Community Support Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family-based clinical interventions in our outpatient clinic, utilizing evidenced-based treatments and interventions. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, along with 1-2 years of clinical experience. You will be expected to conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, maintain accurate records, and adhere to agency standards and HIPAA requirements. Additionally, you will participate in staff meetings, training programs, and contribute to the growth and development of services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with evidenced-based treatments and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team.
