Outside Operations (Part-Time)

Job Description

TPC Network is seeking a part-time Outside Operations Staff to join our dynamic team at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service at our prestigious golf course.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members, and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable golfing experience.
• Provide information to members and guests to enhance their golfing experience.
• Ensure the golf car facility is clean and well-maintained, including servicing golf cars and performing minor repairs.
• Monitor and maintain the practice facility, including picking up golf balls, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the area is orderly.
• Collaborate with the Golf Shop staff to enforce club rules and policies, and assist members and guests as they depart from the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a country club or similar setting.

Physical Demands and Working Environment

This position is very active and requires lifting, pulling, or pushing up to or over 25 pounds and specific vision abilities. Ability to comply with all safety and health regulations is essential.
