Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join a local engineering firm in Missoula, MT. This position, offering a wage of $20.13 to $23 per hour, is temporary for 4-6 months to assist during a software integration project.

Responsibilities

• Make bank deposits.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable.
• File and monitor vendor invoices.
• Assist with payroll processing.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or relevant field, or 2 years of office experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro Desktop/Online.
• Experience in Office 365 applications.
