Hunter Truck is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Manager to join our team at the Pennsville, NJ location. As a family-owned dealer of Peterbilt trucks with a rich history dating back to 1938, we are committed to providing top-notch service, quality parts, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the parts department to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Implement proper purchasing procedures and inventory control.
• Supervise a team of 6-12 parts department employees.
• Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to maintain profit goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's License, ASE Certifications, and Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
