Job Description

As a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Ideal candidates must have a CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the State of MA. The starting pay rate is $20+ per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Maintain Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
