- Provide daily living assistance with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow resident care schedules and document assistance provided.
- Respect residents' independence, confidentiality, and dignity.

- Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents and colleagues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
- Experience with the elderly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and critical situations calmly.
