Job Description
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking for an opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients? NurseCore Management Services LLC is seeking Overnight RNs in the Henderson area to join our team. This role requires G-Tube experience, and you can choose from flexible overnight shifts: 9pm-5am, 10pm-6am, or 11pm-7am. Top pay ranging from $34 to $36 per hour with a Sign-On Bonus!
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and revising patient-specific assessments and care plans.
- Provide education to patients and families on disease process and care needs.
- Collaborate with patient care teams and medical providers.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Record and report changes in patients' condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, friends, and medical professionals.
- Update medical conditions to Physicians and Clinical Directors.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in Florida.
- 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
- Successful completion of skills assessment.
