Pediatric RN for Homecare

Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses to join NurseCore Management Services LLC in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area. As a Pediatric RN for Homecare, you will provide quality care to pediatric patients aged from infant to 18 years old. This rewarding role includes patient assessment, care planning, family education, collaboration with healthcare teams, mentoring, and reporting patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise patient-specific assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in educational programs.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, friends, physicians, and clinical directors.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Nevada.
• Minimum 1 year of recent supervised RN experience or completion of the Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD or recent Chest X-Ray.
• Successful skills assessment completion.
