Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of patient-specific assessments and care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and care needs.
- Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and medical providers.
- Mentor and educate colleagues.
- Record and report changes in patient conditions.
- Communicate effectively with families to provide support, advice, and instructions.
- Report medical condition updates to physicians and clinical directors.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a supervised setting.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD test within the last 12 months.
- Completion of skills assessment specific to experience areas.
