Pediatric RN - Vent Experience

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric RN with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC in the NW Las Vegas/Summerlin area. This position involves providing exceptional care to an Infant Pediatric home health patient, with both Day and Night Shifts available. You will play a crucial role in developing and revising patient assessments and care plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with care teams, and recording patient condition changes. Ventilator Experience is a must for this position.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessment and care plan development.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with care teams and medical providers.
• Record and report patient condition changes.

Qualifications

• Must have Ventilator Experience.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Nevada.
• 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years or completion of Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
