As a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT), you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with brain injuries achieve optimal motor functioning and mobility. Your work will involve developing therapy goals, supervising therapy assistants, and providing holistic care that empowers consumers to live independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement Minds Matter, LLC's holistic care principles in service delivery.
• Assist individuals in identifying needs and developing compensatory techniques.
• Perform evaluations and develop personalized therapy strategies.
• Collaborate with consumers and professionals to achieve therapy goals.
• Educate families and caregivers on brain injury strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest evidence-based therapy practices.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching skills to individuals with disabilities.
• Strong supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Basic to moderate technology proficiency.

Education and Experience

• Completion of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Kansas state license.

Requirements

• Ability to lift for consumers' physical needs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic iPad proficiency.
• Reliable transportation.
