Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Woodhaven under Liberty Healthcare Management. As a PTA, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring a positive rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients and their families to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using progressive modalities.
• Participate in in-house therapy sessions with local management support.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) where you will be working.
• Previous experience in SNF rehabilitation is advantageous.
