Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Pre-License Training Associates at Teleperformance USA in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and understanding customer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Resolve issues efficiently and aim for first-call resolution.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in desktop computer systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Experience with call center operations preferred.
