Responsibilities
- Establish JM as a trusted partner for clients.
- Convert prospects into long-term JM Preferred Account clients.
- Build relationships with key decision makers and increase JM's market share.
- Support JM sales teams and deliver superior customer service.
- Develop value propositions tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of roofing/construction industry experience.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in business development and/or national account sales.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

- Experience with commercial building owners and roofing consultants.
- Advanced sales techniques and industry association involvement.
