We are looking for a driven Principal Product Owner to join Discover Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outcomes for products that meet stakeholder and customer requests. Your work will involve understanding various business constraints to provide solutions that satisfy all parties involved. Actively managing risks and customer issues is key in this position.

Responsibilities

• Define key product documentation and non-functional requirements to achieve necessary metrics.
• Build and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Partner with business technology to optimize system components and infrastructure maintenance.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 6+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or related fields.
