Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage engineering disciplines, lead process improvement initiatives, and collaborate on R&D efforts.
- Establish work plans for direct reports, recruit, develop and motivate staff.
- Work on technical projects for glass manufacturing processes, analyze capacity, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage salary employees, set direction, and deploy resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 10 years of industrial and technical management experience.
- Master’s degree and a professional Engineer's license preferred.
- Experience with continuous process discipline such as Six Sigma Lean TQM preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
