Responsibilities
- Establish key processes, deliverables, and timelines for digital products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to communicate vision and priorities.
- Identify insights in the recruiting landscape to drive business growth.
- Develop user feedback mechanisms and manage feature prioritization.
- Champion agile development practices and manage A/B tests for improved performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital or e-commerce.
- Advanced technical skills and experience with agile processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office products.
