Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of our commercial projects at Ethan Conrad Properties Inc. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and the President of Construction, ensuring project success and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project success and supervise Superintendent and Project Engineers.
• Procure bids, award subcontracts, and monitor job cost postings.
• Coordinate with consultants, facilitate design decisions, and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Evaluate value engineering options and participate in design review meetings.
• Track project timelines, prepare schedules, and provide weekly updates.
• Review and approve project documents and final concept drawings.
• Prepare close out documents, review submittals, and address schedule slippage.
• Travel to Salinas and surrounding areas bi-monthly.

Requirements

Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of preconstruction phase management or 5 years in construction management.

Skills: Strong team-building, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and ability to multitask.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $81,000 - $121,000.
