Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician Generalist to join Mayroad, an asset management company with a strong commitment to community service and integrity. As part of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential properties and various amenities in impeccable condition. This dynamic role involves a range of tasks from basic repairs to preventive maintenance, ensuring a comfortable living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on residential properties and community amenities.
- Respond to and complete work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Conduct emergency on-call services on a rotational basis.
- Inspect properties to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilize technology tools for work order management.
- Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and more.
- Enhance building appearance through various maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safety standards are met and hazards are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with the team and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may offset educational requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general residential maintenance.
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use basic tools and technology for work order management.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests as required.
