Job Description
Beacon Management is currently seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team at Southpointe Square Apartments in Woodhaven, MI. As a Property Manager with Beacon Management, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, and resident relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the property budget to ensure financial performance.
- Handle record-keeping and reporting duties.
- Oversee rent collections, bank deposits, and tenant communications.
- Monitor and control operational costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Manage maintenance staff, vendor relations, and contractor services.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Manage lease processes, resident selections, and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Experience in Multi-Family Residential property management.
