Property Manager

Job Description

11 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to support Kirkwood Meadows and Summit Apartments in Pocatello, ID. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for maintaining property occupancy, enhancing resident experiences, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain property occupancy and attract new residents.
• Approve lease applicants and evaluate market conditions.
• Manage revenue and expenses effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and oversee maintenance requests.
• Coordinate resident activities and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure timely reporting and operate within budget guidelines.
• Maintain property appearance and conduct HR functions.
• Assist other properties as needed.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2-5 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and valid driver's license.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000.
