R&D Engineer

Job Description

Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products is seeking an R&D Engineer to join our team in Valencia, CA. As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for designing new products, developing production procedures, providing technical support for sales, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop new products and processes.
2. Develop and improve production procedures.
3. Create 3D models using SolidWorks.
4. Coordinate third-party services and projects.
5. Ensure products meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• MS degree in a scientific field; nuclear-related fields preferred.
• 2-5 years' experience or PhD in a scientific field.
• Knowledge in nuclear science and ability to apply scientific theory.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage long-term projects.
• Experience with Medical devices and SolidWorks is a plus.
